Maple-sriracha roasted cauliflower [GF]

An easy, quick and no fuss side-dish, that can be done either with a fresh or frozen florets. This recipe seems very simple and not that exciting on paper – but once you’ve tried it, you’ll never look at cauliflower the same way again! You’ll actually crave it!!!


  • 1 head cauliflower (or 1 bag frozen florets)
  • 2 TBSP olive oil
  • 3 TBSP sriracha
  • 1 TBSP maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp each salt + pepper


  • pre-heat oven at 425F
  • blend the marinade in a small bowl
  • add to the cauliflower florets in a large bowl, make sure they’re well coated
  • lay on a cookie sheet and roast for 10 minutes
  • turn the florets over and rotate the cookie sheet, roast for another 10 minutes
  • increase to 475F and leave while the temperature is rising, for an extra 12 minutes
  • enjoy!
